Jewelry Mixology

In Design, Fashion, Jewelry on March 28, 2012 at 8:36 pm

On Saturday fellow Librarian Lifestyle contributor, April Kessler and I went into jewelry designer Kendra Scott’s Austin store as we waited for Hop Daddy Burger Bar to open. (Seriously awesome burgers and highly recommended for your next visit to Austin.)

As we were browsing, we discovered Kendra Scott’s amazing Color Bar, which is jewelry mixology at its best.

First, you select the design you want from a wide variety of hip and fun styles. Then, you can select a combination of 26 different stones to customize the jewelry and make it yours. The stones are in some of springs hottest colors, like green, yellow, and hot pink.

When you’re done, just click on Add to Bag to purchase it.  Want to share your design with friends? You can tweet it or share it with your Facebook friends.

Here are some designs that I created.

Nyla Earring $95.00

                         Kaley Earring $70

Valencia Necklace $120

My recommendation is to get your customized dress at eShakti and then order your jewelry to match from Kendra Scott.
